The Spring Cave is truly a unique experience. The drive alone along the south fork of the White River in order to get there is a satisfying trip in itself. Once you park it is a nice walk across the river and about a mile hike up to the mouth of the cave.
The cave is a self-guided experience. There is no one there to lend you a hat, a flashlight or extra batteries – which is all the reason that you don’t want to miss out on this adventure (but please be safe and cautious).
